i have a galaxy 3000 eletric shower 10.5 power, my shower is not heating up and the reset light has came on, can anyone tell me whats wrong with it

Typically one of the following reasons:

1) low water flow rate (blocked/partially blocked spray head or low water pressure)
2) heater element covered in scale (causing overheating)
3) thermal cut out failed (usually resets on its own)

If the problem is not 1) then it may be time for a new shower.

If you have the auto reset constantly lit then the tco has failed.
Do a continuity test on it, if open circuit it needs replacing.

They only reset on the first stage not second.
