I've used the Plasplugs Compact Plus and it works well. It cuts tiles up to 12mm thick (ceramic, quarry, terracotta and slate). I used it on bathroom floor tiles and it had no problem. I've used a smaller model in the past and that was OK, too, but this one was better. No more broken tiles!

I certainly got what i paid for.
The surface is rusting (even with oiling) and the guard has broken after three tiles.
