Can anyone offer any advice? It is a Pitacs Ultraheat (not sure of model name) but it's suitable for two large towels and is chrome. It's on a timer and we've had it for about 2 years all working fine until recently. Now it gets warmish at the top and cold at the bottom (if it was a plumbed one I would bleed it but it isn't). Has anyone experienced anything similar?
