Electrical l.e.d. lights for illuminated mirror

I have an illuminated mirror given to me but the lighting fitment has burnt out. I want to replace the entire lighting unit , i'll strip out the old system but what/where do i buy the lights, i mean what do you call this ? I don't need the mirror,just the lighting system

Please remove the mirror part and take a photo of the innerds of the thing.
Measurements would be good, too.
