Wc pan and sink.

Is this allowed?

I have a small room which as the above electrical installations and I would like to put a sink and a WC pan. I would like to do this by the boomk via building regs.

Does the light fitting need to be on an RCD? It currently is not.
Will I need ventilation?

Thanks.

All electrical equipment must be suitable for the environment. Should be OK assuming the CU isn't in the splash zone or likely to be flooded.

I guess that you are not changing the existing wiring. Why would you want an RCD?

Is there a window. If not you must install a fan. IMO you'll need a fan even if there is a window.

Edit. A WC with sink is not a special location. It isn't a bathroom and it hasn't a shower in there so its like any other room.
