Electrolux Double oven causing Loud Bang under hob/trips

When I switch the main oven oven, after a few minutes it causes a large bang under the hob and trips the cooker trip switch.
Is this the element in the cooker causing the short or would it be the cooker switch, want to find out so I can either call out appliance engineer or an electrician ?

An good electrician should be able to repair a cooker.
