electrolux washerdrier ewd1409i - power, but no display

Hi all,

This appliance has power to it, because the on/off light lights up. But the display is blank, and in turn, nothing works; I can't set any cycles.

Instruction manual and Google have nothing, you guys have any ideas?

The pilot lamp only tells you there is a supply to the switch. Do you have a multimeter & the confidence to faultfind a live appliance?
