Hi
Can anyone tell me the easiest way to prepare a ceiling which has been pine cladded and polyurethaned for emulsioning.

TIA

As per Breezer!

then sugar soap, then coat of undercoat and finally emulsion.

Will go on a dream if you do this.

But do yourself a favour, only use a decent brand of paint (I use Dulux)
