Can you solder one side of an end feed 15mm elbow, then solder the other end after or do you need to do both at the same time?

That's exactly what I was thinking wet rag around the soldered joint, to prevent the solder from melting that side.I can do one at a time, by wrapping some wet rag or tissue around completed ends, but better to do all as one.
Because I have stupidly already soldered one end.It can be done, but why?
Be prepared to clean both pipe and fitting before fluxing and soldering the second side.
Fair point actually didn't think of thatYES it can be done , do it quite regularly when i dont want one bit to move but want to be able adjust other side to get it to sit/look spot on

To help stop the soldered end meltingI’m only asking out of curiosity, the op said “end feed” so why would it need a wet rag on the other end?

But, he’s only asking about soldering one end.End feed or solder ring, it makes no difference - keeping the already soldered end cool, stops it moving or later leaking.
There’s nothing to melt if it’s end feed.To help stop the soldered end melting
