end panel on wall units

I am going to fit my kitchen tomorrow but I have a question about end panels on one side of my 90 cm cooker is a 15cm wine unit with no doors on it on the other is a 15cm with pull out and a normal 40cm wall unit do I put the end panel flush to the edge of the wall unit with no door and will this make it look odd

Wall unit? Did you mean base unit , wall units fit above worktop.

Can you not replace the side panel on the wine unit with the end panel - that's what I did with mine.
