HI all, looking at laying a floor throughout my downstairs don't like click fit Laminate si was thinking of Solid wood.
Its going on concrete and from the advice on here I was going to use the DPM and insulation then glue the T&G.
Will there be any problem having it laid by Patio doors as these seem to get alot of condensation in the winter?
Would Engineered flooring be better?

Any advice would be great.

thanks

We do recommend Wood-Engineered in the room with the patio-doors and you're right with your other suggestions.
