Engineered wooden floor over kitchen tiles?

hi folks

I want to lay an engineered wooden floor over tiled kitchen floor. Floor size is 20' x 10'

Is it ok to do this - any problems likely to be encountered?

You have no issue laying the engineered flooring on tiles, just make sure you use a suitable underlay with a built in damp proof membrane. You will also find these underlays which also have good thermal qualities.
