English Cooking

Coq au Vin. Has two meanings. 1. The translation from French is Chicken in Wine (usually red wine) and 2. A rather "naughty" play on words - Sex in a Transit! Choose the one you like best!
OMG I prefer the first one

Nonsense. People who want to eat traditional food are still eating it.
Many people just chose to eat food that tastes nice.
Are they though? Old classics are becoming hard to find let alone finding someone skilled enough to actually cook it from scratch. Are you suggesting that the English classic doesnt taste nice?

Oh look, she's back.

Been scoffing duck egg muffins again? :p
I am on call, been. out saving the world from being plunged into darkness and bringing light. into their lives once again. You must be thinking, what a guy and I don't blame you.

How was it in general on SF?

Here we have quite a good balance of left and right. IMHO.
It used to be pretty good, but then admin started to get stroppy. We (@Highway Man , @pete01 and me) used to have loads of banter. Many of the other members joined in, but it was too much for them. To be fair I think they were short staffed, so when the banter reached over 1k posts with 40k views they locked the thread and gave us a telling off. After that it just got worse so I left.
