Nice classic breakfast this morning as it is Sunday. Sardines on toast.

After breakfast I am off to the gym, got a job to do for them then home for my pigs trotters, extra special ones as we have got the front left and right from the same pig. I hate it when you get two left ones or two right ones or a back one and a front one. So we spend the time in the butchers to match them up, it's all part of the eating experience.
