Tomato and basil soup with fresh cooked bread roll for starters then apple and blackurrant tart with thick cream for pudding as we had visitors.

Roast chicken, peas, carrots, sprouts, parsnips, cauliflower cheese and roast potatoes with home made gravy.
What is thick cream? Have you whipped it or is does naturally come thick some how?

It is a thick pouring cream. Comes in a pot like normal pouring cream but it's thicker.
