So you throw it away straight away now?

Just the last time, actually. I saw the onion skin was a bit dirty and I thought what if the blade transmits that onto the exposed onion that is leftover. Then it malingers for a few days. I'll probably not worry about it again. Do you keep the wrapped bit in the fridge.
