ENLITE E8 integrated spotlamps

Hi,
I have Aurora Enlite E8 ceiling spotlamps in my kitchen and bathroom. I have never been happy with these units as they tend to fail regularly requiring a full replacement.
The unit that has currently failed is immediately above the shower unit in the bathroom and it seems that these Enlite E8's are NLA. I thought this a good oportunity to replace future failed spotlamps with GU10 units so that I can just change the bulbs rather than the entire unit.
Can anyone suggest a suitable unit (and bulb) that replaces the current 8w Enlite E8 units (IP65) that I can use above a shower unit and will it require a transformer and bulb or will it be totally integrated.

I also had a failed unit in my Kitchen, I did install them in 2017 though so just got a new unit. Most of the time it worked fine but occasionally flashed like a strobe.

Mine is currently flashing so I need a suitable replacement as E8's are nla.

What size is the hole in the ceiling?
