I'm up to the roof of my garden room and need to do the cladding next but have a query about the detail if anybody can help please?
I have a 17cm overhang all round and would like the sofit and fascias to be the same cladding (cedar) as on the walls like this picture https://www.alidymock.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/Fininished-Oiled.jpg
Should I clad the soffit and fascia then install the kerb and gutter trim or is it the other way round? Also are battens required on the soffit/fascia or can I just attach the cladding directly to it?
