new printer? old printer? Just installed? Connected to? connection type? any system changes?, any lights? any information etc?
hi there have you tried doing a nozzle check see if the ink is flowing freely and not blocked. if you get nice blocks of black and colour then you know its not an ink problem . if thats ok try uninstalling and reinstalling printer drivers software. if that doesnt work perhaps something mechanical is wrong with the printer . good luck
