I keep loosing pressure on my boiler. ( baxi 105e instant)
After reading a few things it is most proably my expansion vessel.
If I were to fit an external expansion vessel does it just T into the heating pipes?
Out feed or infeed?
Do I just let all the air out of The boiler vessel and leave it at that?
Would I need to turn the preheat off altogether.
Any recommendations on complete vessel kits to buy?
Thanks Frizz.

T into boiler return as close to boiler as poss.

The existing vessel is prob full of water anyway(if its shot) if not it wont do any harm letting rest of air out.

No need to turn preheat off .

Have you actually tried pumping up the existing vessel

Yes I keep a foot pump up in the loft when it starts making a noise I know it needs pumping up. Been going on for a few months now.
