My P reg escort van seems to be developing a problem with the gearbox.
Selecting 1st or Reverse is difficult and sometimes cannot be done at all if i'm trying to park the van and need to select the 1st/Reverse several times in a row. When the engine is stopped there is absloutely no resistance at all and I can select any gear fine!
The other gears are slightly more difficult to get into than they were but this problem has had very little effect on them.
Anyone any ideas if its looking like something bad?!!
