Estimated costs

I have a quote for a new drive way and also for decking. I want to make sure the costs seem OK, can anyone tell me an estiamte for the following?

Driveway 2.5 meter wide 40 meter long to dig out about 6 inches of old tarmac and lay two layers of new tarmac.

Supply only 23 square meters decking.
