Hello everyone.
We are hoping some of you maybe able to give a rough estimate for a conversion/extension on semi detached chalet bungalow. We have inherited it and are deciding whether we should sell or carry out the works and move in, but before getting too involved would like a rough idea on costs. I have attached a rough picture of what we would be intending on doing.
