Here's a picture of block from ceiling....
Wire at the PIR as already discussed.
At your connector block you have left to right:
Neutral - black cable - wire black three core here:
Earth - wire your three core & earth sleeved earth here:
Live loop - red cable wire your three core brown here.
Switch live: black (red sleeve) wire your three core grey (sleeved brown) here.
Wired as above will mean the light switch can/will operate the light(s) as well as the PIR.
Thus if you operate the light switch to enter the room the light will stay on when you turn the switch off and leave it because the PIR will have activated as well.
