Yeah its in the metal box. Replace with a 12v 7ah type if its not already, some people fit a smaller 3.2ah type. The lower the ‘ah’ the shorter the standby time in a power cut.
When opening the box, the system will go into Tamper alarm, enter code to silence, change battery, put lid back on the enter code & press no or yes to clear fault
