Euro mini keypad 485 comms lost

Hi I had a power cut yesterday now the keypad is showing 485 comms lost, I have looked at the recommendations to resolve [ hold D then enter 2000 check the keypad address is 00 then press A it then displays the keypad version ] it then reverts back to 485 comms lost.

Can someone advise me what I may be able to do to fix the problem
