Euro Spec Key randomly stopped working

The locks we have on our guest rooms are Euro*Spec barrels and for some bizarre reason one of our locks has stopped working with the master keys we have. We have 4 master keys between housekeeping, myself, reception and the GM and they have all suddenly stopped un/locking this room.

The dedicated rooms keys (guest key, spare keys) all work without issue.

Nothing has been done to the lock so I can't understand why this problem has suddenly occurred. Not that I understand how master keys work anyway like.

Can anyone let me know if this is repairable or do I need to fit a new lock?

Do you know the version of euro*spec you have ?
They are marketed by http://www.carlisledesigngroup.com/index.php?page=eurospec
It may be that you have introduced into the cylinder a piece of grit that is stopping a pin moving.
Try a good squirt of something like WD40 (not oil) and push/pull the offending keys in out, wipe key and do it some more.
If it is terminal and you have a registered system you can order another one via whoever installed the system.
