Eurocombi A/23 MFFI with no hot water!

Recently had problems with the Eurocombi not producing hot water. Had diverter valve and filter (diaphragm?) replaced and still only working when central heating is on. I have noticed the rod that comes out of the diverter valve is hardly or even not moving. I think it is the flow switch that is the problem - any advice? is the flow switch easy to replace?

Why dont you call back whoever replaced the diverter valve?
