Ariston eurocombi a/23 mffi no hot water pressure HELP!!!!

Hi people,

Ive got a Ariston eurocombi A/23 MFFI.

The problems are:

1, no central heating- it hasent worked in about 2years lol. Rads just stay coldd.

2, No hot water pressure at taps, it started about a week ago, taking 40mins to run a bath! Now it is taking 1 hr 50mins !! water is piping hot!

Iwas thinking it was a water pump gone but the cold water is perfect!

Any help on problem and how to repair will be a god send.
