My boiler switches off once it reaches temperature, after it cools for a few mins it then switches back on. I have changed the CH sensor but this has not fixed the problem. The CH thermostat knob has been missing for some time therefore i do not think this is a factor. There is hot water on request, however not all radiators heat up, has anyone got any idea what could fix this proble.

If the central heating control knob is missing, then it can be one of the reasons why not all your rads are not getting hot, especially if the heating setting was set low prior to the knob missing. You may also have a ciculation problem, this could be another reason why only some of the rads. Make sure that you have taken the air out of the rads, and the valves are open and working correcltly.

I have checked rads for air and they are ok. All rads were previously warm as should be. What parts can cause circulation problems? Could it be a problem with the diverter. ( listen to me you would think I knew what I was talking about... NOT). Any suggestions would be most welcome
