Eurosec 5208 alarm

Hi all,

I've just moved into a house with a eurosec 5208 alarm already installed but the control panel says unset and no matter what I try I can't seem to get rid of this. I have the correct pin and have tried the 5678 and 1234 defaults but nothing is happening at all? Can anyone please help me, as a lady living alone this is really worrying
