Excavation costs

How much should I be looking at to get an area excavated (for a basement build). Rear garden lawn - not exactly sure what lies under, rock, clay etc.

Approx. area to be excavated is: 150m3
9mx9mx2mdepth.

Would be good to know approx. figures whilst i wait on quotations.

What is access like for plant and collection of spoil?

Is 2m deep enough? Once you get the floor and ceiling in, you wouldn't have much head room.

Property is on the corner so area can be accessed directly from the street.

I already have a 1m drop in the garden - hence the need to only go a further 2m.
