exchanging indirect cylinder 4 combicylinder

i want to move my cylinder in the loft ,while doing so i want to replace it with a combi cylinder.
it is an y plan system.
is it just a case of extending the flow and return form the boiler up to the loft ,also extending the hot water flow from the cylinder.
do i have to move the central heating pump?
any help would be gratefully received.

pump can probably stay where it is but the F&E tank may need raising
