Hi guys,

Just having downstairs toilet done.

I understand laminate flooring needs expansion gaps but was wondering if there are any flooring types that don't.

For example glue down luxury vinyl tiles. Do they need expansion gaps?

What type of floor is most suited to a downstairs loo?

Toilet is only 2m by 1m.

Thanks

Timber based flooring requires expansion gaps , tiles are suitable for toilets as is vinyl flooring .
