Expansion Tank

I want to check the pressure of the expansion tank on my Worcester 240RSF. Firstly, is this ok to do with system pressurised, but at cold condition i.e. 1.5bar? Will this cause the tank to leak at the air valve if I disturb it by filling? Lastly what should the pressure be this model?

Not ok at all. See ref section.
Precharge normally 0.7 - 1 bar.
