Exporting earth to shed (pme)

wooden shed/workshop about 10 meters from house with no extraneous conductive parts
6mm 3 core swa from existing consumer unit 32a mcb
Shed to have a couple of double sockets and lighting
Is it acceptable to export the earth on a pme system or should it be fitted with its own rcd and separate earth rod ?

Yes, perfectly acceptable.

In the main you can use the house earth, there is a wiring matters report on this, but around 2004 so a little dated now. What you are looking at is the voltage gradient and in the main housing estates do not have a problem.
