Hi Guys
I have exposed and brought up 2 very nice large beams that run all the way through the top floor of the victorian house i have just renovated , they where boxed off underneath some skirting boards !
There is also smaller sections that run through the front of the room
I have spent some time scrubbing, cleaning , sanding , and have had enough now ! can anyone recommend what would be best to put on the beams to give them a cleaner look without having to spend any time with the hard elbow grease ! ? Or do you think the slight dirty / rough look would add character& appeal to the potential buyer ?
The problem is i am selling the house so i dont have the patience to spend any more time on them
I will try and attach some pics cheers
