Hi,

My kitchen currently has a concrete floor with a bit of underlay and then some funky blue vinyl on top of that. A new kitchen is going in Q1 this year and I'd quite like the look of concrete floors.

Looking for a smooth matte finish, with a bit of 'concrete looking texture' when dried. Can I achieve this with a normal self levelling screed? Can it handle normal living conditions (the occasional thing dropped, walking, dragging chairs etc)?

Thanks in advance! :)
Oli
