Hi can you tell from my pics would it be a simple job to plumb a new dishwasher in with my washing machine? What do I need? Both are run off cold water, the plumbing is in the utility room away from my sink?!? Thanks

The cold for a dishwasher really needs to be from the main, is your WM using mains water? Is it does you need to tee into supply and fit an iso valve, and ideally a tee in the waste and a proper trap/stand pipe.
There are easier/cheaper/DIY type methods.

I'm not sure .. I know nothing about plumbing but I think the cold water pipe is mains water yes .. Sounds like a big job though I was hoping I could get a valve which took both feeds ( I rent)

My stand pipe is under the sink , the washing machine uses an extension! Can I do anything about this?

Waste should be relatively easy to extend, may need to make some holes through sides of cupboards to do so, but it's a far superior method to move the waste pipe nearer to the appliance than extend the appliance drain hose.
