Hi, I wonder if anyone could give any rough ball park figure you would expect the following to cost.....
We are looking to purchase a house that had previous planning permission for a parking spot to be extended. However before we go any further we wanted to get an idea of how much something like this would set us back (of course planning permission would have to be re-applied for also but that aside)
Based on the previous plans they had looked to remove the white wall and red brick wall and re build the steps straight up, thereby increasing the free space.
The spot is also directly on the road side so access is a bit of an issue.
Any thoughts much appreciated! Just wondering as if we're talking a lot then it effects our decision on the property itself!

£6000 - £9000
My best guess..
Not my area. Prices have risen so maybe nearer the £9000
