Hi guys....question.....
Im having a wall in my kitchen moved in by 2 inches (it was a solid wall and is freezing cold and a company is putting up a metal frame and installing a thermal insulation under plaster boards) the cable to two of the sockets are to short and i need to extend them.
What are my choices of doing this?
Many thanks.

1) Replace the whole cable from the last connection
2) Crimp and cover joint in heat-shrink sleeving.
3) Install a junction box/terminal block as long as they are kept accessible.
