Extension - Floor Level Lower Than Main Drainage

Hi all

It’s looking like the floor level of an extension is lower than main drainage of property.

I would like to avoid Saniflo.

Is there any other options.

We live in a town rather the countryside and so have neighbouring properties.

Photos might be a good idea. You might be able to add underground drainage and a stub stack or even a Small soil and vent pipe.
