Extension of outside tap

Hello

I'm looking to extend my tap from the back of the house (still want to keep a tap there) to the back of my garage. It's about 20/25,meters away. The tap will only be in use during the warmer months. Can I do this with copper pipe running under my decking and insulating it well? It will be turned off from October - April.

Any better ideas welcomed..

Correct stuff for outdoor pipe would be mdpe. Just google it.

Just thought, is that the blue thick water pipe? (I'll find out in a mo)
