Hi All

I’m beginning prep to fit composite cladding to the outside of our bungalow.

It was sand/cement rendered about 12 years ago by the previous owner.

Obviously I need to batten the walls before cladding. What is the best way to deal with the drip at the bottom of the render? And the detailing above the windows? Should I just cut out the bottom 300mm and pack out the battens level?

Thanks
