Exterior Multi surface paint recommendation ?

Hi,

I've just purchased a house in need of a lot of renovation and I'm tryiing to price up various jobs in some detail and have a view of what actual materials I will buy etc...

Externally the house has 4 different types of wall finish, the front has a pebble dash, the side some kind of black bitumen paint, the extension is rendered and the loo and work shop at teh back are just un finished brick !

I'm looking for an exterior paint that can ideally be used on all of these surfaces and will give several years of protection. Cost as always is an issue but equally I dont want to scrimp and end up doing it again in 2 years.

I've attached a few images here, just ignore the red bit thats scribbled out.

Any decent masonry paint will do the trick and last around 15 years. It'll be a nice little house when completed. Was it expensive?

Can you use a masonary paint on the black bitumen ?

Yes as it's well weathered.
