I'm looking for some advice on the costing and timescale of a job this big and what l can be expected to be quoted for it.
The property on the left is going to be flat rendered to match the right hand one, and then complete repaint of both properties with white masonry. Just walls, everything else is or will be plastic.
You can see how large the area is, which l believe to be around 120 Square metres all the way round. Access at the rear is likely to need scaffold due to sloping roof, although this may not be required.
I know it's hard to be exact without looking yourself, but l hope the pictures give a good idea.
