External wall paint choice

hello, I've already bought some dulux weathershield smooth masonry paint for outside, but now i am wondering have i bought the wrong one? did i need the textured one?

If its already textured on the wall you only need the smooth masonry paint to carry on.

A textured one would make the already textured surface look a bit weird, which you do not want.
