Hello'
I would like to fit a small extra radiator to my central heating. Is this ok for a d.i.y.er to attempt. The system has plastic pipes, are there any pitfalls I should know about etc.
many thanks, masher

if its a sealed system make sure you don't increase the water volume behond the capacity of the expansion vessel or the pump.

Has the boiler got spare heat output capacity :?:

Thanks for the replies. The boiler is a baxi 80000btu with 6 rads, we only live in a small house so it should be ok. are the plastic connectors easy to fit?

Yes. I'd use copper for the rad tails going into a pushfit elbow just under the floor. I prefer the current Speedfit fittings of the p fit ones.
