Hello

would like to add a small radiator to the central heating system located in my front room, have a worcester 28cdi combi boiler upstairs with 4 existing radiators. would the boiler be able to accommodate another and would using plastic 15mm pipe to the nearest radiator, about 6mtrs away , be ok. all advise gratefully received.

Yes. Easily.

Technically it would be OK, but for an improved appearance (IMHO) you might want to consider using copper tube.

If you use plastic pipe with push-fit fittings, then take tremendous care to look after the surface of it - gouges and scratches can easily lead to leaks later on. If you use brass compression fittings then this aspect isn't anywhere near so important.

BTW the same is true of copper tube and push-fit fittings - only make onto old copper with an 'O' ring fitting if the surface is not damaged, corroded, painted roughly, or otherwise grunged.
