Hi all I am installing a Manrose MF100T Extractor in to what was a previously very damp bathroom. The outside vent will be coming out the side of the loft/wall rather than vertically though the roof.
I picked up one of these backdraought things: -
http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00A50NDEU/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
but have some quesions re intalling it as I cant find anything conclusive online:-
1) Given the type of fan I have which seems fairly powerful is the backdraught going to be a problem in terms of causing too much resistance?
2) Where within the "system" should it be positioned, near the outside vent, near the fan (outlet or inlet) or it doesnt matter?
3)Should the hinge be verticle or horizonal, straight or at an angle or does it not matter?
Thanks for any help/advice you can give.
Steven
